ASI has prepared proposals for the creation of a professional standard in the field of industrial safety during the COVID-19 period.
The Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI), together with Vizitek LLC, with the support of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP), prepared proposals for the creation of a professional standard for ensuring the safety of work in the field of industrial safety during the COVID-19 period.
The industrial standard in the field of work safety and labor protection during COVID-19 can be developed in Russia by the end of this year, its concept was presented in Moscow on September 15, 2020 to the largest industrial companies and industry participants.
The concept of the new professional standard was developed on the basis of the AntiPandemic solution of the Russian software developer Vizitech, presented to VVP within the ASI expert council.
The professional standard is based on the AntiPandemic solution of the Russian IT developer Vizitech, which was presented to the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin within the framework of the ASI Supervisory Board in July this year:
- Online consultant, including with the ability to conduct an online audit of production facilities for readiness to combat COVID-19.
- Register of advanced digital solutions in the field of industrial safety and labor protection, as well as those capable of increasing production efficiency at the enterprise.
- Body of knowledge on the organization of a safe and efficient workflow in the enterprise.
- Learning platform. It is a constantly updated selection of the best training materials in the field of labor protection, industrial safety and effective organization of the work process.
- Weekly digest.
The task of the professional standard, which will be of a recommendatory nature for industry participants, is to form a single responsible approach among market players to comply with technical and industrial safety requirements in order to prevent accidents, emergencies and injuries to employees in production, as well as to effectively combat the spread of COVID-19.
As a result of the round table, problems were collected and ideas were found that will help create an industrial standard. For this, an Expert Council will be assembled.
Top managers responsible for labor protection and industrial safety, as well as a leading Russian scientist-virologist, professor of the Federal Scientific Center for Biodiversity of Terrestrial Biota of East Asia FEB RAS Mikhail Yuryevich Shchelkanov and representatives of technology companies made their report on COVID-19.
