The Foundation for Assistance to the Development of Small Forms of Enterprises in the Scientific and Technical Sphere is a state non-profit organization established by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 65 of February 3, 1994.
More than 2,000 highly qualified specialists – academicians and corresponding members of the Russian Academy of Sciences, leading scientists of the Russian Federation, representatives of business and development institutions – are attracted by the Foundation as experts and members of the competition commissions.
